Aspectos Interessantes dos Tumores do Mediastino Tireóide Aberrante: Coriocarcinoma Primitivo

O A. apresenta 2 casos de tumores do mediastino, de mesma localização, aspecto radiológico e sintomalotogia semelhante. A anatomia patológica e o prognóstico completamente diversos. Um de coriocarcinoma primitivo do mediastino (tipo histológico bastante raro) e outro, um bócio aberrante, sem qualquer ligação com a tireóide, normalmente localizada. Faz um estudo sôbre os cariocarcinomas, principalmente no sexo masculino.
