Abstract

The authors described in details Metastatic Cascade that means a phenomenous sequence goes to implantation of metastatic celi and its multiplication on target organ. Actual review was made in agreement with specific literature to explain many theories and triais whích try to understand enzymatic and bioquimic mechanisms as well as its therapeutic implications involved in this exciting process.
