O adenocarcinoma da trompa de Falópio é um dos mais raros tumores malignos do trato genital feminino, ocasionando assim uma experiência médica limitada. Apresentamos um caso desta patologia, bem como revisão da literatura abordando os aspectos clínicos, histopatológicos, terapêuticos e prognósticos.
