Peer-review

To ensure the editorial autonomy of the RBC in what concerns the sponsoring institution, the decision to approve or reject the articles for publication is entirely under the responsibility of the Editorial Board and validated at least by two members of the Board. All the articles submitted are previously peer-reviewed by members of the Editorial Board and/or external or internal ad hoc reviewers with Ph. D degree to whom is assigned the capacity of suggesting corrections or rejecting the article.

If the authors do not return the revised article in until ten days, it will be removed from the Journal’s publication process. The manuscript approved will be published according to the flow, the editorial timetable of the Journal and the approval date.

The reviewer and authors may choose to keep the double-anonymous modality or disclose their identities

Rules for submission and publication can be found in Instructions for Authors.
