Abstract

Several microsurgical techniques to repair large defects following excision of head and neck cancer are described. A new approach to tumors involving the extremities is presented. A microcirurgical amputation can be carried out preserving lhe not involved extremity with reimplantion of this structure. A myocutaneos free flap based on the inferior epigastric vessels is described. Repair of major defects of extremities and head and neck illustrates the paper.
