Skin Carcinomata in Front of Modern Radiological Technic

The author, after describing the diferent agents used in radiation therapy, details the different radiotherapeutic techniques from the superficial one up the ultra penetrating one. He then studies the most modern methods of radiumtherapy ernployed in skin carcinoma treatment. Advantages and disadvantagens of both radium and roentgentherapy are discussed in the different localizations of skin carcinomata, according to the hístological type, anatomical circumstances, clinical form and the grade of evolution of the lesions. He ends showing immediate results regarding treatment either by radium or by X-ray in the following localization such as the eyelids. nose, hand, ear, lip, penis and anus
