Granuloma facial. Relato de um caso e revisão bibliográfica

Os autores relatam um caso de granuloma facial, em adulto branco, masculino, com 38 anos de idade. A lesão inicial e as duas outras que surgiram após o tratamento, na região nasal, apresentavam aspecto nodular, cor purpúrea e consistência moderadamente firme. Realizaram shaving, seguido de curetagem simples e eletrocoagulação. Complementaram a observação com revisão bibliográfica.
