Resumo

Os autores analisam os resultados de tolerância à irradiação de 44 pacientes portadoras de carcinoma de ovário tratadas com radioterapia. Vinte e duas pacientes foram tratadas com técnicas já consagradas e as restantes com a modificação técnica proposta pelos autores, que preconizaram seu uso rotineiro, pois as pacientes suportaram melhor este tipo de terapêutica.
