O autor expõe e discute a técnica que utilizou em 121 casos de linfangionodografia; em casuística mais recente está buscando meios que simplifiquem o método. Em discussões da Técnica debate pontos controversos com que todos defrontam, bem como as tomadas radiográficas que normalmente executa. As indicações e contra-indicações são estudadas com minúcias no final do trabalho. Todas as 121 linfografias foram realizadas pelo Autor.
