A case of pineal tumor with precocious puberty is presented. The patient was a seven-year old boy; after clinical investigation followed by RX, laboratory studies and computerized tomography, pineal tumor diagnosis was made and surgery followed. Total resection of a pineal tumor (pineal germinoma with areas of coriocarcinoma) was successfully undertaken. The authors comment on clinical and therapeutic data concerning this lesion.
