The primary lips carcinoma is not frequent and is predominantly found in male patients after the sixtyth year of life. Early lesions have being treated with single radium needles implants. The thick lesions are treated with double implant. The more advanced tumors are imediated with tele-CO 60 emploing wedge filters. The treatment reactions are tolerable and there are rare eomplications. The presence of lymph-node is of bad prognosis. Forty five patients have being treated, 11 of which are well after 5 year, 4 after 4 and 20 with less than 3 years are being followed.
