Abstract

The author justify the implantation of Regional Laboratories of Physics in Radiotherapy in geographic regions in which there is a lack of specialized physics, and establishes their responsabilities and actuation aims, gives the minimum necessary equipments for its existence and the main difficulties in the implantation of the System. Presents also in details the work of the Regional Laboratory of Northeast Brazil.
