The authors show a study made of 39 cases of Angiodermic Ulcers with maligiant degeneration seen at the National Institute of Câncer from 1960-65. They call it. Angiodermic due to the chronic venous insuficience and the dermic factor (capillaritis) which cause the disease. The evolution constitution of the disease and bone invasion due described. A detailed acount of the malignization of the process and its gross and microscopic characteristics is given. The cases are discussed in detail and about diagnosis, treatment and evolution.
