Diagnóstico Diferencial das Lesões Blastomatosas da Mucosa Conjuntival

In the present paper, the Author emphasizes the urgent necessity of a precocious diagnosis of the neoplastic (blastomatous) diseases of the conjuntival mucosa to get best results. He reminds us that its anatomic condition is the best opportunities among all the orbitary organs for direct and detailed examination without specialized equipment. He indicates the most frequent symptoms and indications and gives some pictures as ilustrations. He refers to present resources for a diagnosis and winds up with short comments on the most frequent injury and the semiologic procedure adopted in the specialized department of the Câncer Institute.
