Since August 1942, the Author is pursuing his ideas, according with the theory, that the individual who has immunity against some diseases might be somewhat protected against the devellopment of câncer. In the present paper the A. presents the result of his Work up to now. 512 patients having far advanced câncer, where treatment by the usual methods was beyond hope, were treated by his method which can well be named: polyvaccination. In 7 patients a total regression of the tumor took place. Besides, 1 pt. with a tumor of the facial sinuses and another with al tumor of the larynx with cervical metastase, after polyvaccination became operable. At the same time, in 20% of cases it was observed amellioration of pain. The A. did not use Coley toxin nor injection of Schizotripanum cruzi since reports with these substances were already known. In 25 pts. with curable carcinoma of the skin the A. also used his method and in 4 cases a total regression of the neoplasm was obtained. In 12 cases the tumor regressed only about 75% and in 6, 25%. No results after 20 days of treatment, in 3 cases. At the present time, the A. is trying instead of vaccination, an approach to give benign, easily controled infections to sustain the march of the dissase in cases of advanced câncer.
