O aparecimento de febre deveria levar a uma avaliação exaustiva do paciente imunocomprometido, a fim de determinar a fonte de infecção e posteriormente o diagnóstico definitivo da mesma. Este trabalho visa formular uma m tina para o diagnóstico diferencial das infecções nesses pacientes.
