Abstract

The main object of this paper was to show the advantages and the great value of McWhirter’s technique in the treatment of câncer of the breast. A plan is given for the distribution of the different radiation fields. The author ends his paper reproducing a table presented by McWhirter in which the latter’s statistics are show. By this tecnique a larger 5 years survival rate is obtained.
