The authors report a case of a malignant fibrous histiocytoma of the spermatic cord in a patient aged 65, who had a painless, firm inguinal nodule which had appeared four months before. A resection of the tumoral mass was performed, and six months la ter another surgical procedure was necessary in order to such for recurrency. It consisted of right orquiectomy with hemiscrotectomy and right inguinocrural lymph node dissection and complementary superficial and deep cycle of telecobalt therapy with 5000 cGy lasting five weeks, and since the end of this period the patient has been free from disease.
