The authors report a case of unicavitary endometrial adenocarcinoma occurring in a patient with uterus bicornis unicoli. This is the first report in the literature of a cytologíc diagnosis of endometrial cancer in this type of malformation. It is emphasized the importance of the cytological screening of the endometrial mucosa for the diagnosis of endometrial adenocarcinoma and its precursors.
