The neoplasia of female urethra is an unusual pathology. The incidence is higher above the age of 50 years. The prognosis is related to the site of the tumor. Surgery with or without radiotherapy is the therapeutic option. We describe a case of epidermoid carcinoma in a 58 year-old woman, treated with total urethrectomy followed by urinary continente diversion.
