Abstract

A discussion of radiological, ecographical, and angiographical features found in a case of hipertrophy of column of Bertin, an anatomic variant which may easily simulate renal neoplasm, is presented. Kidney angiography was concluded to be the best diagnostic method in this condition; prevention of unnecessary renal ressection may depend on arteriography, as shown in this case.
