Resumo

Foram analisados 22 pacientes portadores de neoplasia maligna primária de vesícula biliar, sendo 16 mulheres e 6 homens, com idades entre 52 e 85 anos, média de 64,7 anos. Todos foram operados, 11 (50%) submetidos a colecistectomia, simples ou associada a ressecção hepática, 4 (18,1%) à cirurgia paliativa e 7 (31,8%) apenas à biopsia. A associação entre câncer e litíase biliar foi encontrada em 40,9% dos pacientes. Feia classificação de Nevin e col.1 3 havia um paciente em estádio I, dois em estádio II, um em estádio III e 18 em estádio V. A mortalidade operatória foi de 13,6%, a sobrevida média global de 3,4 meses e, nos submetidos a ressecção, de 4,3 meses, excluídos 2 pacientes vivos por ocasião do último seguimento, um com 7 meses (estádio i) e outro com 13 meses (estádio II).
