Abstract

The authors discuss the carcinogenetic effect after treatment with radio and chemotherapy in patients with cancer. They report three cases in children with development of second tumor 4, 10 and 13 years later. According with literature, the authors believe that patients with bilateral retinoblastoma have more probability of developping second tumor in the irradiated boné elsewhere.
