The A. stucly, step by step, the clevelopment of one clinic case of bilateral pulmonar metastatic after nefrectomy by hypernephroma, cured 11 years ago. The first metastasis, in the hight lung, was trated by middle and superior lobectomy, 6 years after. One new metastasis, 8 years after nefrecto my (two years after right pulmonar metastasis) on the lefth lung, was maked then inferior lobectomy. At last were removed 2/3 fron the right lung and 1/2 of the lefth lung. The pacient is in the best conditions, without clinic sintomatogy
