Abstract

The most frequent injuries affecting the staff working with x-ray, radium, radon ond radioactive isotopes are described. A case of radiodermitis in a dentist working in the field of x-ray diagnosis is related. A case of câncer following many expositions to x-ray on the hands, to treat eczema, is also shown. Recommendations and precautions for the staff working in X-Ray and Radium Departments are described.
