CureAll Brasil: Agenda Estratégica para o Fortalecimento do SUS e a Equidade no Cuidado ao Câncer Infantojuvenil

O câncer infantojuvenil constitui um importante marcador do desempenho dos sistemas de saúde, dada sua complexidade e dependência de diagnóstico oportuno e cuidado contínuo. Este editorial discute o papel estratégico do CureAll Framework, da Organização Mundial da Saúde, como modelo para o fortalecimento dos sistemas de saúde e a redução de desigualdades na sobrevida. À luz de evidências recentes, incluindo o número especial do The Lancet (2026), são analisados os avanços globais e os desafios persistentes relacionados à equidade no cuidado oncológico pediátrico. No contexto brasileiro, destacam-se o relançamento do CureAll Brasil e iniciativas, como o projeto OncoBrasil, que sinalizam os avanços na organização da rede de atenção no Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS). O editorial enfatiza ainda a importância dos registros de câncer e dos sistemas de informação como elementos centrais para o monitoramento da sobrevida e a formulação de políticas públicas baseadas em evidências. Conclui-se que o CureAll Brasil representa uma agenda estratégica para o fortalecimento do SUS e para a promoção da equidade no cuidado ao câncer infantojuvenil.
